All pre-made items are in stock and ready to ship.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier.
By purchasing a pre-made item from Freestyle Rebels, you acknowledge and accept these processing and shipping timeframes.
• Next-Day Shipping is available for releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY SHIPPING" in their description.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order and require extended fulfillment time.
Shipping typically takes 3–8 weeks, but timelines may vary due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
If an item is a pre-order, “PRE-ORDER” will be clearly stated in the product name.
By purchasing a pre-order item from Freestyle Rebels, you acknowledge and accept the potential for extended fulfillment timelines and agree to wait for delivery.
• Pre-order orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Please review all details carefully before placing a pre-order.
Shipping Methods
• We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
• Currently, we ship to the United States only.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Packages
• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@freestylerebels.com with photos and your order number.
• Claims damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
USPS/UPS/FedEx: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
