All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in specific cases outlined below.

NO REFUNDS – GENERAL POLICY

We do not accept refunds for:

    •    If you picked the wrong size please check our sizing chart carefully before ordering

  •    Change of mind

    •    Buyer’s remorse

    •    Failure to read product descriptions

    •    Normal wear and tear (Minor fading, pilling, stretching, or wrinkles from regular use are expected and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges)

EXCHANGES

    •    Exchanges are only offered if inventory is available.

    •    Due to the nature of limited drops, most items may not be eligible for exchange if they are sold out.

    •    If an exchange is approved, the item must be:

    •    Unworn

    •    Unwashed

    •    In original condition

    •    With all original tags attached

If an exchange item is unavailable, no replacement can be guaranteed.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

    • Wrong item sent

    •    Damaged on arrival

    •    Manufacturing defects

    •    Lost or missing item

To be eligible for a refund:

    •    The item must be returned exactly as received

    •    All tags must be attached

    •    Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    •    Contact us immediately upon receiving your order

    •    Include clear photos of the issue and the original packaging

Failure to report an issue promptly may result in your claim being denied.
